Off course I need to know what time you arrive to check you-in. Could you send me information about your expected arrival time by email or text message by the time you made a planning. Last minute notice can make it difficult for me to check you in.

Please let me know if you arrive much sooner or later than expected on the day you arrive.

If you provide me with your business telephone or email in the reservation form please let me know the telephone number and email you are going to use so it is possible for me to contact you during your stay and on the way to Zandvoort
If the guests who stay in the apartment change please let me know this before arrival by email.

Arriving by car:
Use navigation to the address. If you have difficulties give me a call or message.

Arriving by airplane:
Taxi from or towards Schiphol Airport will cost €42,50. If you go by train, from €7,70 p.p., it is easiest to find the NS service-desk at Schiphol to buy a ticket. Depending on how busy traffic is at the moment both could be the fastest.

Arriving by train:
For information look at www.ns.nl. Zandvoort has a good connection by train. Train station is on walking distance.

Parking:
Please park your car as far to the right side of the parking space in front of the apartment. The left side is in use by the neighbor.
If you arrive with two cars than it is possible to park the second card paid for €7,50 per day close by or unpaid at 1km from the apartment.

Price is all-in, including costs like taxes, wifi, parking, fresh towels, fresh sheets, beddings, coffee&tea and cleaning at the end of your stay.

Payment of 50% of the rental price is required to confirm the reservation and needs to be paid within 7 days.

Payment should be done by banktransfer, it is not possible to pay with creditcard.

A deposit of €250 is required with checking in. The deposit can be paid in cash at arrival or by bank transfer before arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded in cash or by banktransfer after cleaning and inspection if the apartment and equipment is left in good condition. The minimum amount of rent and deposit is €500

The complete amount of your payment is fully refundable up to 4 weeks before arrival. In the 4 weeks before arrival there will be a cancellation fee off 50% of the rental price if I am unable to find new guests for the apartment. Deposit is always refundable after cancellation.
