After sending a request for a reservation you will get a confirmation email with payment details and further information about your booking.

A minimum of 2 nights is required.

We ask to pay at least 25% of the rental price by bankaccount to confirm your booking.

The complete amount of your payment is fully refundable up to 4 weeks before arrival.
In the 4 weeks before arrival there could be a cancellation fee if I am unable to find new guests for the apartment.

Deposit EUR 250,-
The deposit is fully refundable if the apartment and equipment is left in good condition.
There is not charged any deposit yet, please be gentile with the apartment and equipment.
